Message	With throttle bodies closed (using datascan) the Throttle display gauge should read either .44, .45 or .46 (.45 being optimal)and the 'Closed TPS' should read 'ON' but as soon as I tip the throttle open just a crack the 'Closed TPS' should switch to 'OFF'.
